Hi, I'm Carolyn Tarpey. Thank you for joining me on my journey of a lifetime. This site was started for my family and friends so they could  follow along on my adoption journey to my new son, Henry. I adopted Henry from the country of Kazakhstan, which was formally part of the USSR.  I was in Kazakhstan for 5 weeks.

Even though this site was created for family and friends, I also hope to share additional information for any other families that are interested in learning about international adoption from Kazakhstan. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
