Another cold day, but after I write this I am going for a walk or I am going to go crazy. Yes its cold, but I can always turn around, and I am not going to die from a short walk!!!!!!!!!

Our visit today was another great one, he was in the walker sitting very happily until he saw me, and after smiling he began to really fuss and cry. So, after I have washed my hands and put on my uniform, I was allowed to go and get him. He was full of smiles and really seemed happy to see us; next breakfast it is really nice and I able to feed him. It’s great for the bonding for both of us. Next, he was changed. He has the cutest little feet. After, we get to play for the rest of the visit.

Today he was able to sit for a long time without any help and again loves his toys. He also loves to bounce up and down while you help him stand; it so much fun to see all of these changes in such a short time, but also makes me very sad to leave him behind while all the paper work is completed. We ask that you all pray that we are able to go to court on this trip and not to have to return. It will just make it longer for us to bring him home if we do, which somehow seems so unfair. Will he wonder where we are yet another person leaving him, he has no idea we are coming back.

Last night we went to a Turkish restaurant for dinner. The food was great as you can see from the photos, also the best rice pudding we have ever had; we will be going back there that's for sure. OK now to suit up and go out.

Well I made it back in one piece; it was really nice to just walk and be by myself. As nice as it is to have so much family time, I just needed a few moments alone. Yes it was cold and I was so bundled up, the only thing that was not covered were my eyes and when they tear, they freeze the eye lashes together making it a little hard to see. But, I found the grocery store and a few other stores, but I was not able to buy anything as I could not reach my money which was under so many clothes. Be sure I will be doing this every day, even for a little while. Everybody seems so worried for us to get sick, so I don't think I will be telling them just yet!!!!!!

After my walk it was almost time for our afternoon visit, just enough time to wash a few clothes in the sink and then head out. I really miss my washer and dryer; how my mother did it I will never know.

This afternoon’s visit was again great.  The care givers said he was in his walker looking and waiting for us; not sure if he really was, but when he saw us he was so happy and even lifted his arm for me to pick him up. I told him we will be the best parents we can be for him, and will always love him. He laughed so loud, it was funny. He also shook his head from side to side, not sure what he was trying to say? He also copies you; if we shake our head from side to side, it is so cute.

Today Isabel needed to go to the bathroom, so finally we found it way down the end of the hall way next to 2 other baby rooms. You could hear them playing; it's the 1st time we have heard any other children. They sounded very happy, the music was playing and the care givers were singing. Well, the bathroom was not what we were expecting to say the least, as you can see from the photo, but when you have to go it works. Isabel said she is not drinking any more seltzer at lunch, it was a memory she will not forget.

Our boy loves to roll to get his toys and is trying hard to move forward. Maybe by the time we leave he will have mastered it. I also got to feed him lunch again. He now does not want to eat; the care givers say he is being naughty for his mama. I think that’s just fine. The care givers really love him and he seems to love one in particular, we have to take a photo of them together.

His hair is also growing but they say they cut it once a month. I will ask them to leave it to grow, if not, it soon will once he is home. To think about having him home makes us all feel so excited, we just hope the time passes fast when we are back home.

Later, we all went bowling and it was a lot of fun; we will be doing that again for sure. Tonight we are going to try a Russian restaurant we have heard it is good and will let you know.
